With nearly 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, Adam is a highly regarded leader known for his meticulous organisation, approachability, and commitment to excellence. He strongly values clear communication and trust, recognising them as the foundation of successful, long-term client and builder relationships.
Adam has worked with some of Melbourne’s leading construction firms, bringing that depth of experience to his role as Director of Story Built, where he leads teams to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Holding degrees in Civil Engineering and Finance, along with Unlimited Domestic and Commercial Building Licences, Adam combines technical expertise with commercial insight. This rare blend enables him to guide projects with precision, accountability, and strategic foresight.

Tom Brusamarello | Site Supervisor
As a qualified Carpenter, Tom brings a strong foundation of hands-on experience and technical expertise to every Story Built project. Known for his strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and unwavering commitment to quality, Tom is a highly valued member of the Story Built team.
Tom’s clear communication is matched by a friendly, can-do approach on site. A genuine team player with a strong appetite to learn and grow, he plays a critical role in coordinating trades, managing site logistics, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Aymon Sleiman | Project Coordinator
Aymon holds a Degree in Construction Management and provides comprehensive project and administrative support across Story Built’s portfolio. His strong technical understanding and attention to detail enable him to support projects with accuracy and efficiency.
As a Project Coordinator, Aymon is involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from estimating through to delivery. With a solid ability to interpret plans and engineering documentation, he contributes to measuring, take-offs, design coordination, and contract administration.
